1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following circumstances only: you received the wrong product, the product was damaged or defective upon delivery, or the product does not match the description on the Site. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, products without original packaging or proof of purchase, products purchased during promotional or clearance sales unless they are defective, and gift cards or store credits.

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons once the product seal has been broken.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. EXCHANGES

8. CANCELLATIONS
