Withât offers a range of beauty products including but not limited to perfumes (Parfum), fabric softeners, and makeup products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

By placing an order through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods, which include Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, AliPay, TrueMoney Pay, QR PromptPay, and WeChat Pay.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on the Site are in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped within Thailand only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. For return requests, please contact our customer service team via LINE OA prior to returning any item.
